Users can now upload files of up to 10GB in size for SharePoint Team Sites, OneDrive for Business and Office 365 Groups. That file upload limit has been bumped up from a previous 2GB file size. In SharePoint 2016, Default File Size limit is set at 2GB and can be increased up to 10GB. 10GB is a boundary and you can't go beyond it.
